I will NEVER buy from HerRoom again! After 8 years as a loyal customer, they refused to refund my money on a return that they claimed was damaged, which they could not/would not provide proof.

I like the product. I did not choose the correct size so I will know what size to buy next time. Thank you.

I ordered two swimsuits from HerRoom in two different sizes. When I received my order I took both items out of the box, and I tried on the xl swimsuit that ended up being too small for me. Because the larger of the two (the xl) was too small, I didn't even try on the large. I tried on the xl swimsuit over my underwear, and never removed any tag or liner. I returned both swimsuits, only ever trying on one of them, and I was refunded for the one that I tried on but not refunded for the one that I DID NOT try on. When I contacted them that said that I sent it back damaged and that it had been worn and was dirty. This is impossible for me to have worm this item as it was smaller than the one that was too small. I kept telling them that I never wore the item, but they insisted that I did. They refuse to refund me for an item that I never used, never tried on, and returned to them in the same condition in which it was sent to me. They stated that there was deodorant on the crotch, and I didn't even know people wore deodorant on their crotch, I certainty do not. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from them because this seems to be a common practice. They are thieves and I will never order from them again. I will continue fighting for the refund that I am owed.

I ordered two bras from Herroom. I tried one on; one I merely took out of its packaging. I returned both of them in pristine condition. Two weeks later, I received an email from customer service saying they wouldn't refund me because the items I returned had an odor - but I didn't even try on one of the items! The second bra, I had on for literally thirty seconds, after I had just showered. It seems impossible to me that either item could contain an odor - not to mention the rudeness of customer service telling me that essentially, I smell! They offered to send me the bras back for $10, or else they would donate them - ha! I sincerely doubt that! Now I am out $100 for items I didn't even get to keep.

TL;DR Herroom willl come up with any excuse to not refund your money, reality or not.

I am a brand new customer. Unfortunately my packet was sent back to them. I received an email with $10.00 restocking fee or $10.00 to reship merchandise.
I sent an email back…. Nobody even bothered to call me. And I did get charged “again “ for the shipping
Is that the way to “welcome “ a new customer ?
I believe “customer service “ is what sets a Company apart !!
There are many places to shop.
I finally received merchandise almost 2 months after original order was placed.
I think I tried too hard for this merchandise.

Customer service was very rude. Item purchased (I bought 2 the same) was missized and customer service offered absolutely NO help and would talk over you and argue. I was out $80.00..

Easy to find what you are looking for - and more. I like the "matching" option. Very useful to be able to know they have something that matches with what I am looking at - and I can get to it without searching. They have already done the search for me! I also love the "similar" feature. Good to see other things I might like at the bottom of the page I'm viewing. Convenient and makes shopping great fun!

I have found this site to be the best for an assortment of lingerie and other unmentionables. The pieces I have bought fit my specific needs. Not to mention all the colors and styles that are available even if you are just window (surfing) but you get the picture. You have sizes and colors available for your selection and if not you are able to select from other styles. The price range is phenomenal. So what is there not to like.

I love the beautiful selection of bras in my size (44 H)! This is the best site to find lovely bras and not the same old "granny" bras available elsewhere. The products are high quality and affordable.
